Elon Musk, one of the world’s richest men, is said to have decided to back a fledgeling crypto porn network.

So…did Elon Musk, Tesla’s CEO and literal spaceship function Object() { [native code] }, recently back a cryptocurrency called CumRocket, named after its purpose to propel male sperm in the same direction as his reusable rockets?

It is not a decision to be taken lightly. However, the tiny but fervent group of investors who back the currency, which will soon power an eponymous network of adult NFTs, think Musk accomplished exactly that when he tweeted a line of emojis early Saturday morning.

CumRocket, also known by the ticker CUMMIES, rose in price as a result. It’s a tiny currency with widely diverging price charts, but according to Coin Gecko, the price soared from around $0.07 to highs of $0.28. The coin’s price has subsequently dropped to $0.16 on PancakeSwap, the decentralised market where it trades.

The new investor was greeted in the project’s Telegram conversation. Some investors in the discussion requested others to back up the claim that Musk approved the cryptocurrency by commenting on his Tweet.

Investors think this is the second time that Musk has endorsed the project. The first, they believe, was yesterday, when Musk tweeted “Canada USA Mexico” with no additional context—an acrostic for CUM. When one tweeter, @CryptoWhale, pointed out that CumRocket increased by 85% following this tweet, Musk responded, “Great thread.”

CumRocket was developed a few months ago by “Lydia,” a TikToker and software developer from the United Kingdom. Lyd used to publish videos on cryptocurrencies, but she got much further into the subject and decided to launch her own cryptocurrency project based on the Binance Smart Chain.

Chris and Antonio, two software developers, assist her in building the project. Shelby Paris, Lacey London, and Lauren Phillips are ambassadors, as is Musk.
